Kim Thomson is a graduate of the University of London where she received her Bachelor’s Degree as well as the University of Cambridge where she received her CELTA. An experienced teacher, Kim is passionate when it comes to teaching writing. Her specialty is teaching Creative Writing. She loves getting kids’ creative juices flowing and watching their eyes light up when they get that perfect idea for a story or an essay. Prior to joining KYP, Kim taught Creative Writing to Primary 3 to Primary 6 students at a primary school in Hong Kong. She’s also taught English in Madrid. At KYP, Kim teaches Creative Writing, Critical Reasoning, and Global Thinking. She loves working with kids of all ages and inspiring them to become more creative thinkers, confident speakers, and exceptional writers.
